Fishing
Fly fishing for rainbow trout at Round Valley Reservoir, a 400-acre private fishery located in the upper elevations outside Susanville, CA in an ultra secluded basin. Day-passes and memberships available. Catch-and-release, fly fishing only.

Five Dot Ranch Hunting & Fishing is a program of Five Dot Land & Cattle Co., a family ranching operation dating to 1959 with roots in the region back to 1852. Today’s hunting and fishing opportunities span multiple working ranches and properties across Northeastern California, rather than a single fixed location.

Hunting Visits
Hunting locations vary by species, season, and reservation across our properties. Exact locations and access instructions are provided to confirmed guests only – please do not attempt to access Five Dot properties without prior authorization. Be sure to follow all applicable laws, regulations, and property rules during your visit. Waterfowl hunters accessing property through an outside guide or group must submit a completed Access License before arriving; releases for big-game hunts are coordinated directly as part of trip planning.
